Based on the story of Elizabeth Short, The Lust created a album which contains lots of heavy riffs, melodic guitars, great bass lines and drums. The vocals from Anna are almost haunting you (in a good way) and if you are (a little) familiar with the Elizabeth Short story, you can hear the tale that Anna is telling. The wonderful vocals from Anna and the the great musical work from Yan are always creating a wonderful (and dark) atmosphere which will "haunt" you forever, in a good way! Score: 4/5

With KarmaLove, The Lust continues the strong line that they've set out in the beginning when the band started. Once again the "haunting" vocals of Anna takes you to a dark place in which storyies are told. Yan, Max, Lorelei and Theodor are filling these stories with (dark) guitar riffs, drums, vocals and keyboards. Each track on this album is a story itself that must be heard. This album will also break the repeat button so be careful with that ;-) Highly recommended! Score: 5/5
